Dr. Sanval Nasim is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Colby College. He studies air pollution, water, climate change, and state capacity. An emphasis on addressing environmental challenges, improving welfare, and enhancing trust in the state in developing countries connects his various research strands. Before Colby, he served in the economics department at LUMS for six years.
