Ahsan graduated in June 2014, as an Economics major. He joined the IDEAS team as a Research Assistant for the Police and Dynastic Politics projects. His primary research interests lie in exploring the inequality of opportunities prevailing in the educational, judicial, and political systems in Pakistan. Ahsan hopes that the rigorous research exposure offered at IDEAS will facilitate his future PhD aspirations.
Prior to joining IDEAS, he worked as a Research Assistant for the International Growth Centre (IGC) and the Consortium of Development Policy Research (CDPR).
