What’s in a Founding? Founding Moments and Pakistan’s ‘Permanent Constitution’ of 1973

This chapter theorizes founding moments in constitutionalism in the context of Pakistan and advances the argument that the creation of the ‘Permanent ’ Constitution of 1973 is central to Pakistan’s constitutional identity.
