Wajeeha joined the Governance and Political Economy Cluster at IDEAS in 2023. She is currently working as a Project Manager on the ‘Strategies to Increase Women’s Voter Turnout in Pakistan’. She holds a BSc in Economics with a focus on development economics. In 2021 she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship, through which she completed her Masters in Economics from NYU. Her research interests include gender gaps in the labor market, and the intersection of gender and political economy.
