Mariam Masood

Mariam is working as a Manager Human Resources at IDEAS and oversees recruitment, career progression, and employer branding. She completed her graduate studies in Human Resources and Organisations. She is a CIPD Associate member and has a history of managing HR for non-profits in Pakistan. Prior to joining IDEAS, Mariam worked as an HR and Marketing Associate at the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) where she structured the HR department and assisted with designing marketing strategies. She also briefly worked as a Research Associate on CERP’s Women’s Mobility Programme leading their Firm Survey. Her interests lie in designing HR trainings, encouraging diversity in offices, and promoting empathy at the workplace.
